Drop-In Group Mat Classes

Drop-in mat classes are open to all fitness levels.  Group mat classes are a great way to learn Pilates on a budget, and  class sizes are small so that you get individualized, hands-on instruction.

What if I’ve never done Pilates before?
That’s ok!  We love teaching Pilates, regardless of your experience or fitness level.  We modify exercises when needed, so if you have physical limitations, we can generally work with you.  Pilates is a great way to get started on achieving your fitness goals.

How long is a mat class?
All Classic Form Pilates mat classes are 55 minutes long.

What should I bring?
If you have a mat, feel free to bring it with you.  A water bottle and towel are also recommended.

What should I wear?
Pilates is best practiced when wearing clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move.  No jeans or tight-fitting clothing.  Think sweatpants, yoga pants and comfortable tops.  You also won’t need shoes – if you’re uncomfortable being barefoot, bring a pair of socks.
